I'M BACK TO SCHOOL

I'm a student again!!! yahhhoooooo!!!

after several years of planning and saving money (did i save something or what?)..my dream had come true!

June 2, 2007 - SATURDAY is a back to school date for me!  

What, Where, How and Why?!?...here we go:

WHAT?

I'm taking up Masters in Business Administration (MBA). and I'm currently taking up 6 of the 36 units required to finish the program. I have Human Resource Management and Managerial Statistics as a starter course.

WHERE?

I am enrolled at San Beda College in Mendiola but I'm currently having my classes at San Beda Alabang. The school offers extension classes in Alabang for those people living in the south..Its quite hard to travel in Mendiola (coming from parañaque..according to my opinion) and good thing they offer classes here.

FYI: The curriculum taught in alabang is also the same in mendiola (even the prof.) If ever (with God's help)I graduated with my degree..I'll have the graduation in mendiola and all of my credentials would come from them.

HOW?

I came to know the program through Ms. Arlyn Gatmaitan, HR Manager of San Beda Alabang, during our consortium meeting sometime last year,2006, and I become interested with it..I searched the net for the program and the courses given fits my needs for my career growth and improvement...hmmm....and finally...I enrolled last May 26 for the first trimester this school year.

WHY?

I already have in mind to pursue my education to much higher level..at first, I thought of taking up MA in Industrial Psychology in De La Salle University in Manila...due to financial constraints and work load..I was not able to enroll last 2004.

Its a blessing in my part to know about the program offered through ms.arlyn, I'm also a bedan (San Beda Alabang-Nursery to High School) and the idea of going back to my alma matter..several feelings captures me..The value and the heart of being a bedan really captivated me..the feeling of nostalgic came back and the fire of pride  the lingers my heart and soul that pushes me to pursue my dreams and goals....hmmm....I MISSED MY SCHOOL!!!

during the time of my mind dwindling...I was appointed to be in Administrative Board Hearing Committee in DLSZ..I feel the deprivation of learning especially when it comes to legal aspects of business..This would also serve as my sign in pursuing my education.

There you go..I guess I said enough with regards to my back to school thingy...I hope I would able to finish 18 units for this school year...

I missed a lot of things to publish!

as usual..busy from work and everything! (mag resign na lang kaya!). I've been to several emotional experiences for the last 3 days...and to sum it up..MY MIND WOULD EXPLODE ANYTIME!!!! (in short..all are related to my anger management).

I'm in tagaytay since yesterday due to our retreat..spritual reformation etc.etc.etc. and I'm home at around 2:30pm...ang kasikatan ng araw sa Pilipinas!! ewan ko lang kung hindi pa mang init ang ulo mo...

hhhmmmm..I better not tell something about our retreat..it is much better to have pictures! YEAHHH!!!

I'll publish about it..I swear! as soon as I have pictures with me...

CAT IN THE JAR

I suppose to write this article way back before...but due to some "unavoidable" circumstances (no need to elaborate) I was not able to write this..

anyway..it was a good saturday morning when I saw something outside our house..near our garage where we can find the jar collection of my mom..

Yup Yup!! in my amazement..I saw Tony our cat and her kittens inside my mom's jar collection..good thing my mom did not panic or something

Today..the cat in the jar are OUT in the jar already..one kitten left in our place..but still...THEY ARE ADORABLE!!!

CHOIR....I'M BACK!

I'm back in the choir!

its almost 3 years since I stopped serving in our parish...and today is the day of my come back! hehehhehehe!!!   (just kidding!)

I joined the 9am sunday mass...I'm not familiar with some songs anymore...i have short span of breathing for my voice to come out.....I can't reach the "simple high tone" anymore...I'M ADJUSTING!!!

WHEW! after the Mass..I can feel my throat ache a little...did I forgot how to sing? nyaahhhh!!!

anyway...I know I can adjust with the group..they look nice and most of them are matured (that's what I needed!).

thanks to baba! for her patience in "pushing" me to join their group! hehhehehe!!

SLEEPY HEAD

First Programmed Leave fpr school year 2007-2007! and 20 days more to count!

I'm on leave for some reason..

I have to finish our report for saturday to be submitted today! heheheheh!! I slept around 2am and woke up around 8am...headache is killing me!!! I'm not used to staying up late anymore.

its wednesday...9:36am...I'm chatting with ate che and sandra....I'm suppose to finish some homework..hehhehehee.

I have to condition my mind first...I'm quite sleepy and I feel like floating!

I often got stomach ache..I'm not sure why,,stressed maybe..I need a break..but I can't...

I'm thinking about my office work...school work etc.etc.etc

hmmm...oh well....i want to take a nap for a while...my head is killing me!
